本文构建了一种以数个单分散四氧化三铁纳米立方晶体形成的组装体为核、双油酸-聚乙二醇两亲性聚合物为壳的核-壳式“魔方”形载体,在魔方的内、外表面装载紫杉醇,同时兼具高载药量、高磁响应性、速释、缓释等特性。体内外结果显示,与市售紫杉醇注射液相比,该载体可提高肿瘤细胞对药物的摄取、延长血液循环时间、增加肿瘤细胞的凋亡,并可通过核磁共振成像实时监控肿瘤变化,为实现肿瘤靶向化疗及疗效追踪同步化的多功能给药系统提供新的思路和方法。
