我们通过一个简单的方法制备Pt修饰的Fe3O4纳米颗粒(Fe3O4@Pt NPs),对并对其结构和形貌进行了TEM、XRD、EDS等的表征。进一步的,我们研究了这种复合颗粒的类过氧化物酶的活性。其催化过程符合米氏动力学方程。结果表明,相对于Fe3O4纳米颗粒,Pt的修饰对其催化活性有明显的增强。
