本文用2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖对氧化铁纳米粒表面进行修饰,通过红外、元素分析、热重、粒径分析、磁学性质研究等手段对其进行结构确定,并用于肿瘤细胞的靶向成像,结果显示2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖成功接枝于氧化铁纳米粒表面,2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖修饰氧化铁纳米粒组被肿瘤细胞吞噬量高于未修饰的氧化铁纳米粒组,说明氧化铁纳米粒表面修饰2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖后,可提高对肿瘤的靶向性。
