实验研究了聚丙烯补片表面修饰的方法。实验首先对聚丙烯补片进行等离子体氧化,再用乳酸在其表面聚合嫁接。试验用多种表征方法对得到的样品表面组成和形貌 进行表征,包括ATR-FTIR、AFM、XPS。另外,实验还测量样品表面接触角以表征表面亲疏水性变化。最后,实验对样品进行了力学性质的测试。表征 结果显示,聚乳酸在聚丙烯补片表面的嫁接程度在一定程度上随着温度的升高而增强。在聚合嫁接温度为160℃,反应6h的情况下,红外探测到明显的羰基吸收峰。然而,随着温度的升高,聚丙烯补片的力学性质也会受到一定的影响。Xiaoqing Hua, Tianzhu Zhang, Jing Ren, Zhigang Zha, A facile approach to modify polypropylene flakes combining O2-plasma treatment and graft polymerization of L-lactic acid ,Colloids and Surfaces A: Physicochemical and Engineering Aspects 369 (2010), pp. 128-135Fig. 1.
