磁性纳米材料对平滑肌细胞的作用与影响的研究

制备直径约为10nm的γ- Fe2O3磁性纳米材料(MNPs),并用生物相容性小分子DMSA、APTS和GLU进行修饰,从而获得尺寸、磁学性能等相同而表面性质不同的三种纳米材料。考察它们对SD大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞的作用和影响。结果表明磁性纳米颗粒对平滑肌细胞最主要的影响是细胞的增殖,影响程度依赖于颗粒的浓度,培养时间和颗粒表面的性质。其中对细胞形貌、炎症反应等则没有明显的影响。
