内容简介:
This presentation will give an overview to the theoretical and technical implementation of 3D electromagnetic simulation software – RST EM Studio – which offers a state-of-the-art design environment to address the challenging of full wave electromagnetic field analysis. Numerical techniques including finite element method with parametric model order reduction (FEM-PMOR), boundary element method (BEM) and their variants will be mainly discussed. The emphasis is placed on how to appropriately apply them to solve electromagnetic radiation and scattering problems. The talk will end up with illustrative examples that are used to demonstrate efficiency and accuracy of the RST EM simulation.
报告人简介:
WANG Daoxiang, received Ph.D degree in electronic engineering from City University (CityU) of Hong Kong in 2007. After graduation, he worked as research fellow at wireless communication center of CityU. From 2009, he started his industrial experiences, and served as senior member of consulting staff at Sigrity and Cadence, respectively. In July 2014, he co-founded Rainbow Simulation Technology (RST) Inc., to develop fast and accurate electromagnetic analysis software. His professional interests includes computational electromagnetics with emphasis on signal/power integrity modeling in high-speed applications, advanced solutions on RF/microwave devices and antennas.
He is the author of over 67 international refereed journal papers and conferences, 3 patents and 1 book chapter in Encyclopedia of RF and Microwave Engineering. He is also senior IEEE/IET member, and serving as peer reviewer for several IEEE/IET journals. He was the recipient of many research projects, including National Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He is listed in the Who’s Who in the World and Who’s Who in the Science and Engineering in the World.
