博士,教授,博导,江苏省生物材料与器件重点实验室副主任,教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者。
1996年毕业于东南大学化学化工专业,并获东南大学优秀毕业生称号。2001年,东南大学生物医学工程专业获博士学位(硕-博连读),博士毕业论文被评为东南大学优秀博士论文、江苏省优秀博士论文、全国百篇优秀博士论文提名。2001-2003年,南京大学物理系凝聚态物理专业从事博士后研究工作,被评为南京大学优秀博士后(一等奖)。2003年进入东南大学生物科学与医学工程学院生物电子学国家重点实验室工作,其间曾到日本爱知工业大学电子工程系从事博士后研究,2005年入选东南大学优秀青年教师教学/科研资助计划,2006年获东南大学吴健雄奖及入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。
主要研究方向为纳米材料及生物医学纳米技术。已发表SCI论文50多篇,第一作者论文近30篇,申请专利7项,获江苏省科技进步二等奖一项。中国博士后基金获得者,主持并完成国家自然科学基金青年基金一项,作为项目骨干及主要完成人员完成了江苏省高技术项目(复合纳米材料及其在癌症诊治中的应用研究)及国家863项目(恶性肿瘤治疗用纳米磁性材料与相关应用技术)的研究工作;目前主持国家自然科学基金项目2项(磁性液体动力学磁性质及生物传感方法设计与研究;多功能纳米微球制备及对肿瘤细胞磁感应加热、成像及细胞内测温的研究)、973项目子课题一项(磁性纳米材料生物安全性研究),作为项目骨干参与973项目课题一项(医用磁性纳米材料对细胞作用的研究),负责医用磁性纳米材料标准样品制备及相关标准化研究并协助首席进行课题总体组织实施。
全国磁性液体专业委员会委员,江苏省生物医学工程学会纳米医药专业委员会委员,中国化学会及中国生物材料会学会员。
主要研究方向: (1) 纳米材料化学,包括化学制备、表面修饰、分子组装; (2) 纳米材料光学/磁学/催化特性及生物医学应用(包括生物分子检测、医学诊断与治疗); (3) 生物医学纳米技术,主要发展针对重大疾病诊断与治疗的纳米材料和纳米技术,包括磁共振成像纳米磁性探针设计制备及应用、磁流体肿瘤热疗以及磁性纳米材料纳米生物效应和生物安全性研究等; (4) 纳米生物电磁学,探索纳米材料、生物体以及电磁场之间的相互作用,以发展基于磁性纳米材料和电磁控制的疾病诊断与治疗新原理和新方法。
